70-year-old Libyan man presented with abdominal distension and gross hematuria. Cystescopy
showed diverticulum in urinary bladder with tumor arising from its lateral wall. The tumor was
composed of conventional urothelial carcinoma with sarcomatoid features. The clinical
presentation and management are being discussed.
