39-year-old Libyan female presented with history of abdominal pain with
left renal mass and retroperitoneal hematoma for two months. The tumor was
epithelioid angiomiolypoma (EMLA). So far, only a small number of EAMLs have
been reported, here we present the first case diagnosed in the Tripoli Medical Center.
She was referred to medical oncology for discussion of surveillance versus potential
adjuvant therapy.
